Times24 Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Koichi Nishikawa, hereinafter "Times24") will provide its mobile parking management service "Times Parking Caravan" for the "Kiyose Sunflower Festival" (Organizers: Kiyose City, Kiyose City Association for Preserving Agricultural Landscapes), to be held from Saturday, July 18, 2026, to Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Kiyose Sunflower Festival Times Parking Caravan In-vehicle cashless payment machine

The "Kiyose Sunflower Festival" is an event that temporarily opens approximately 24,000 square meters of farmland, where about 100,000 sunflowers bloom, to the public. This will be the 16th time the festival is held.

Temporary parking lots will be set up around the festival venue during the event period. However, challenges included traffic congestion caused by vehicles waiting to enter due to staff collecting parking fees at the entrance, and the need for labor saving measures in response to rising labor costs.

To address these issues, Times24 will provide "Times Parking Caravan" for this year's "Kiyose Sunflower Festival."

"Times Parking Caravan" is a mobile parking management service that enables short-term, temporary parking lot operations when demand arises, such as for events, by transporting and installing cashless payment machines and vehicle number recognition cameras at the parking site. By adopting a camera-based, cashless advance payment system, it aims to alleviate congestion caused by vehicles waiting to enter and reduce labor in parking operations.

Furthermore, by collecting data on entry/exit trends, dwell times, and visitor regions obtained through vehicle number recognition, it becomes possible to utilize this information for operational planning and service improvement in subsequent years.

In addition to "Times Parking Caravan," a reservation service utilizing the reserved parking service "Times no B"* will be offered. We believe that advance reservations will reduce circling traffic in search of parking and contribute to easing congestion on surrounding roads.

*A membership-based, reservation-only parking service. By reserving a parking space and paying the fee online in advance via the web, users can secure a parking spot, eliminating the worry of finding a full lot on the day of use and allowing for a stress-free experience. Times24 will continue to contribute to the revitalization of local events and tourism and improve the convenience of visitors through parking management, while pursuing comfortable parking services.
