Shiseido Parlour will launch a limited quantity, limited summer edition assortment of 3 types of cheesecakes, including this summer's limited flavor, starting April 25, 2026 (Saturday).

A cheesecake born and raised in Ginza. We will launch a set that combines the classic "Plain" with the refreshing summer flavors of "Lemon" and "White Peach," available for a limited time this summer. Additionally, a luxurious handmade cheesecake, carefully baked one by one, will be released simultaneously at select stores. The package design depicts a vibrant island where various animals live and colorful plants grow abundantly. As if invited by the brightness of nature, the fresh aromas of lively lemon and peach rise. It's a package design that evokes the image of such a rich island landscape where fruits grow lusciously, bathed in plenty of sunlight.

【Lemon】

A biscuit dough made with domestic flour (using Hokkaido-produced flour) and Setouchi lemon zest* is baked, encasing a rich Danish cream cheese paste flavored with Setouchi lemon, known for its mellow acidity.

*Zest refers to grated fruit peel, which enhances the lemon's aroma.
