[Pasco x Lotte] Long-selling ice cream 'Suikabar' becomes a souffle cake!?

Shikishima Baking Co., Ltd. (Pasco) will release a new product, 'Suikabar Souffle Cake!?', inspired by Lotte's long-selling ice cream 'Suikabar,' for a limited time of one month starting June 1, 2026, at supermarkets and drugstores in the Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu regions. This product is a fluffy souffle cake made with 100% domestic wheat. The cake features a two-layer green and red dough to represent the watermelon rind and flesh, while chocolate chips are used to represent the seeds. The red dough is kneaded with a sweetened domestic watermelon paste to recreate the sweet and refreshing taste of Suikabar. The packaging features the character 'Suikaba-man,' making it immediately recognizable as a collaboration product.
