Osaka Prefecture to Support Companies Aiming to Hire and Retain Foreign Talent: "MEET IN OSAKA" Recruitment Briefing to be Held on June 11th ~ Introducing Case Studies of Hiring and Retention Initiatives, and Support Details such as Matching and Work Experience Programs ~

Pasona Inc. has been commissioned by Osaka Prefecture to undertake the "FY2026 Project for Promoting the Success and Retention of Foreign Human Resources" and will hold a "MEET IN OSAKA" recruitment briefing session for companies in Osaka Prefecture interested in hiring foreign nationals on Thursday, June 11th, at Mydome Osaka.

This project aims to promote the success and retention of foreign human resources who support Osaka's growth within companies in the prefecture. Through the operation of an online matching system and the holding of joint company information sessions, we will provide opportunities for matching companies considering hiring foreign nationals with foreign students and others.

Furthermore, we will implement various programs to support foreign nationals from hiring to retention, including seminars useful for hiring foreign nationals, study sessions to learn how to formulate development plans, and support for introducing work experience opportunities directly linked to hiring. We will also hold networking events for participating companies to exchange information and build networks.

The upcoming recruitment briefing session will feature a seminar on the theme of "Why is Hiring Foreign Nationals Needed Now?", as well as case studies of companies that have utilized this project in the past for hiring and retention support, and detailed explanations of each support menu. We encourage all companies in the prefecture considering hiring foreign nationals to attend.
