Pasona Group Inc. and Itoki Corporation have announced the launch of a cross-boundary training program starting in June 2026, aimed at developing next-generation human resources by leveraging the expertise and resources of both companies.

As the first phase of this initiative, a training program involving next-generation executive candidates from both Itoki and Pasona Group will be held over three days, from Thursday, June 11, to Saturday, June 13, on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture.

The training will focus on four social issues: DX/AI utilization, sustainability, work style reform, and diversity. Participants will work to create business ideas by combining the insights and resources of both companies.

In addition, participants will tour facilities developed by Pasona Group, such as "Nijigen no Mori" and "Zenbo Seinei," within the rich natural environment of Awaji Island. This will deepen their understanding of regional revitalization and wellbeing initiatives while fostering team building across company boundaries and roles.

The collaboration was born from the opportunity of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, and serves to evolve the partnership cultivated through the Expo into the realm of human resource development. Future initiatives will include training for global human resources, providing cross-boundary learning opportunities to a broader range of talent.

Through this initiative, Pasona Group and Itoki remain committed to cultivating talent capable of both solving social issues and driving business growth.
