Echigo Seika Updates HR System After 20 Years with Combosite HR & Payroll

Echigo Seika implemented PathosLogos's enterprise HR SaaS 'Combosite HR & Payroll' and the HR co-creation platform 'PathosLogos' to replace a 20-year-old system. The update shifts from seniority-based to role-based pay while resolving the black-box nature of the legacy system. Previously, managing shifts for 1,000 employees across six factories involved analog paper and Excel methods with manual data entry. By standardizing complex payroll logic without custom development and seamlessly linking data between 'SmartHR' and 'KING OF TIME,' the new system significantly cuts back-office hours. The 'Future Issuance Function' allows scheduling future social insurance deductions, preventing errors. Looking ahead, the introduction of 'PathosLogos Search' will integrate and analyze HR data, supporting Echigo Seika's strategic human capital management and optimized talent allocation.
