Rakuten Payment, Inc. announced its participation in the 'Shop in Suginami! Get Up to 20% Back' campaign, organized by Suginami Ward, Tokyo, to be held from June 1 (Mon) to July 10 (Fri), 2026, via its cashless payment service, 'Rakuten Pay.'

In this campaign, users who utilize 'Rakuten Pay' code payments at participating stores in Suginami Ward during the campaign period will receive up to 20% of the transaction amount back in 'Rakuten Points.'

Additionally, within the 'Rakuten Pay' app, by fulfilling specific conditions—such as presenting a 'Rakuten Point Card' at participating stores and using 'Rakuten Cash' as the source for 'Rakuten Pay' code payments—users can receive an additional rebate of up to 2.5% in 'Rakuten Points.'
