"Crimson Desert" update roadmap for June-September released, with mention of future DLC production

Pearl Abyss has released its update roadmap for the open-world action-adventure game "Crimson Desert" for the period between June and September 2026 via a developer note. The announced content includes enhanced storytelling, updates to re-blockade content, new combat content, the addition of cross-save functionality, improvements to character playability, and increased convenience for life content. The company also touched upon the production of future DLC. Regarding the story, they aim to provide a more natural and profound narrative experience by reinforcing the flow of major scenes and story connections. For re-blockade content, they will add new means to protect bases and enhance rewards. The cross-save feature will allow players to share save data across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Improvements to the playability of Demian and Unka are also planned. The game was released worldwide on March 20, 2026.
