Persol Business Process Design and freee Partner for Next-Gen BPaaS

Persol Business Process Design, part of the Persol Group, is partnering with freee, a provider of HR and labor cloud software, to develop next-generation BPaaS for small and medium-sized enterprises. In Japan, where SMEs account for 99% of businesses, DX is often stalled due to a lack of specialized talent, leaving many HR departments reliant on analog processes. By combining Persol's expertise in business process design with freee's system infrastructure, the partnership will comprehensively handle routine tasks like payroll and onboarding. Additionally, an online seminar featuring Takafumi Horie will be held on June 24.
