Persol Diverse Co., Ltd., a company under the Persol Group that specializes in support for employment of people with disabilities, participated as a member of the Persol Group in Tokyo Pride 2026, one of Asia's largest LGBTQ+ events, held on June 6 and 7, 2026.

Participating as a silver sponsor through both a booth exhibition and the Pride Parade, employees led by members of 'P-Rainbow,' the group's Ally community, provided interactive content under the theme 'Updating the Future of Work Together' to promote diversity and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues. The vision board activity, which invited visitor participation, was a great success, with the board filling up with messages from the very first day.

In 2026, the booth added a new 'press Enter key to complete' interactive element to last year's well-received message vision board. Visitors who experienced it commented, 'I was able to participate naturally,' and 'The experience left a lasting impression,' showing that it served as a co-creative space for imagining the future with visitors.

Kaori Ogino, a Persol Diverse employee who is also an LGBTQ+ member, shared: 'Attending this event gives me energy. The event, which used to focus on 'letting people know,' has changed into a place for 'everyone to enjoy together,' and I am very happy to see that change.'

Moving forward, the company will continue to leverage its strengths as a special subsidiary to build an environment where everyone can work with peace of mind. The company will also actively promote the existence of 'Allies'—those who understand and support LGBTQ+ individuals—and contribute to building workplaces where everyone can be their authentic selves.
