Persol Innovation Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Seiya Oura; hereinafter 'Persol Innovation'), a member of the Persol Group with the vision 'Work and Smile,' which operates 'Meets Care Agent' (https://agent.meetscare.jp/), a recruitment service specialized in the elderly care industry, and PERSOL Global Workforce Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Morihiro Tada), which provides human resource services specialized in foreign talent, also a member of the Persol Group, will hold an online seminar on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The theme is building organizations that achieve both recruitment and retention in the elderly care industry.

Online Seminar Overview

Through its work addressing human resource challenges in the care industry, 'Meets Care Agent' has frequently heard on-site voices such as 'we can hire but can't retain' and 'we don't even get applicants.'

This seminar will convey practical points for balancing recruitment and retention under the theme 'Building an organization where people want to work and continue working.' In particular, it will explain, based on the knowledge cultivated by 'Meets Care Agent' through on-site support, how to articulate and permeate the corporate philosophy as a 'reason to be chosen' by job seekers, recruitment methods that accurately convey appeal, and organizational management ingenuity aimed at retention after joining.

Furthermore, regarding the utilization of foreign talent, which is gaining attention against the backdrop of a serious labor shortage, PERSOL Global Workforce will explain the latest situation in the foreign recruitment market, as well as recruitment methods and processes. The content will deepen understanding of recruitment methods and benefits of foreign talent that care facilities struggling with labor shortages and recruitment should know. It will introduce specific strategies and examples that enable solving labor shortages and building sustainable organizations and workplaces by combining existing Japanese staff with foreign talent.

The content is practical and highly reproducible, something that can only be conveyed by 'Meets Care Agent,' which faces problem-solving on-site every day, asking not just 'securing human resources' but 'what is needed to become a care facility that continues to be chosen.'

We will deliver tips that can be used from tomorrow for managers, administrators, and recruitment personnel of care facilities.
