Phil Company Group Begins Business Partnership with Nagano-based Construction Firm Yamaura

Premium Garage House Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Phil Company, Inc., and Yamaura Corporation have announced a business partnership to promote 'Sustainable PGH', an eco-friendly garage-equipped rental housing concept. Utilizing domestic CLT and technical support from the Japan CLT Technology Research Institute provided by Life Design Kabaya Co., Ltd., the partnership aims to expand the supply of Sustainable PGH, primarily in Nagano Prefecture. By combining Yamaura's construction capabilities and regional expertise with Phil Company's planning, branding, and marketing strengths, the collaboration seeks to promote the use of wooden and timber construction. As of the end of February 2026, the group has completed 280 garage-equipped rental housing units with 10,143 entries on the waiting list. This partnership is part of the group's sustainability declaration, 'Eliminating difficult land worldwide.' Through the adoption of domestic CLT, the project contributes to CO2 reduction during construction and carbon sequestration. Phil Company Group will manage licenses and leasing support, Yamaura will handle construction, sales, and maintenance in Nagano, and Life Design Kabaya will provide proprietary construction methods and technical support.
