"Hotto Motto" is pleased to announce the new release of its annual summer signature 'Unaju' series starting Wednesday, June 17th. Furthermore, a campaign offering early booking discounts will be held for both in-store and dedicated reservation website orders.

July 26th (Sunday) is 'Doyo no Ushi no Hi' (Day of the Ox)! The meticulously prepared 'Unaju' series returns this year.

This year's 'Unaju' series, designed to liven up summer dining tables, is available with a diverse lineup.

The star ingredient, 'grilled eel (unagi no kabayaki)', is first white-grilled and then repeatedly basted with a special sauce to enhance its savory aroma.

The accompanying soy sauce-based tare sauce features a rich, appetite-stimulating aroma and a sweet and savory flavor that complements the eel's umami, making it an excellent match with rice.

In addition to the classic 'Unaju (3 slices)' that allows you to simply savor the eel, we offer the luxurious 'Jo Unaju (6 slices)' for a more indulgent experience. Furthermore, we have prepared luxurious combinations such as 'Gyusuki Unaju (2 slices)', which allows you to enjoy 'beef sukiyaki' finished with a sweet soy sauce-based tare alongside the eel, and 'Dai Ebi Ten Unaju (4 slices)', which features four slices of eel accompanied by two large shrimp tempura.

Additionally, the '1-Hon Unaju' (whole eel unaju), boasting an impressive volume, will be available again this year exclusively on the dedicated reservation website.
