Unique 250cc Motorcycles Land in Japan! Delivery of "NEW AGE CRUISER" BENDA NapoleonBob 250 and Morbidelli C252V Begins

Proto Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 5 Sakurajima, Igeya-cho, Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative: Yoshimitsu Kondo; hereinafter "Proto"), a company engaged in the planning, development, import, and sale of parts and accessories for motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles, has started vehicle deliveries of the BENDA NapoleonBob 250 and Morbidelli C252V, for which it serves as the official Japanese importer.

The first lot has already sold out, and the next shipment is scheduled for July.

About BENDA

BENDA is an up-and-coming motorcycle brand founded in Hangzhou, China in 2016. It manufactures and sells cruiser-type motorcycles ranging from small to large displacement (125cc to 700cc), as well as multi-purpose off-road vehicles such as ATVs and UTVs. The company operates not only in China but also in Europe, North America, and various Asian countries. As a global company with an annual production volume of approximately 100,000 units, it is attracting attention for its original design and technological capabilities.

BENDA NapoleonBob 250

The NapoleonBob 250 is the first model BENDA is introducing to the Japanese market. It features a classic bobber form with a modern twist, and its running gear is particularly eye-catching. The bike is packed with unique mechanisms, including a proprietary multi-link front suspension reminiscent of retro girder forks and a rear shock integrated into a triangular swingarm that mimics a rigid frame.

The engine is a 249cc liquid-cooled V-twin, producing a maximum output of 26.2 ps at 9,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 25 N·m at 5,000 rpm. The low seat height (750 mm) and slim body provide excellent footing, and it comes standard with front and rear ABS and TCS (Traction Control System), making it a bike that both beginners and veterans can enjoy with peace of mind. Color variations are available in three colors: Retro Green, Phantom Black, and Titanium Silver.

About Morbidelli

Morbidelli traces its roots to an Italian motorcycle manufacturer active in the 1960s and was founded in Bologna, Italy in 2021. The founder of the original Morbidelli, Giancarlo Morbidelli, was initially successful in the woodworking industry but pursued his passion for motorcycles and racing. In the 1970s, the brand won numerous titles in the Road Racing World Championship (WGP), making its name known worldwide. It has won the Riders' Title three times in the 125cc class and once in the 250cc class, as well as the Manufacturers' Title three times in the 125cc class. His son, Gianni Morbidelli, was an F1 driver, and the family has left a significant mark on the world of motorsports.

MORBIDELLI C252V

The C252V is a 250cc urban cruiser that fuses classic cruiser styling with modern technology. It shares the same liquid-cooled 249cc V-twin engine as the BENDA NapoleonBob 250, balancing a powerful pulse with ease of handling. With its imposing styling and reassuringly low 690mm seat height, it offers riders a high-quality ride in a wide range of scenarios, from city commuting to touring. The color lineup includes Shadow Black and Milano Silver. Both are characterized by a sense of weight and high-quality finish that defies class conventions.
