### Background of Exhibition Municipalities nationwide are facing the urgent challenge of balancing the maintenance and improvement of resident services with staff shortages due to a declining population. While Polimill has been promoting operational efficiency through generative AI, it has focused on the next phase of challenges: "AI can generate answers, but it lacks a 'body' to deliver them to residents." Through exhibiting at this EXPO, Japan's first specialized exhibition for humanoid robots, we aim to create a starting point for public-private collaboration towards realizing a "Smart Government Building" through the fusion of administrative AI and humanoid robots.

### About the "Smart Government Building Joint Demonstration" Concept **Giving Public AI a Body.** By combining QommonsAI's administrative-specific knowledge base (databases of national administrative documents, meeting minutes, laws, etc.) with the dialogue and guidance functions of humanoid robots, we will jointly verify a new model for resident support at government building counters.
