Masahide Komura (Komura Masahide), a carpentry craftsman belonging to Polus Housing Cooperative (Head Office: Soka City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Koji Nakauchi) of the Polus Group, has received the "Excellent Framer Award" (Organizer: Japan Two-by-Four Construction Association). Additionally, Sachio Matsui (Matsui Sachio), belonging to a trading company engaged in construction sites of the Polus Group, also received the same award.

The award, established in 1998, aims to promote the improvement of quality and performance of two-by-four housing and the sound development of the industry by enhancing the pride and motivation of framers as excellent leaders and further improving their skills and qualifications.
