Notice of Service Termination for 'POPOPO'

POPOPO Inc. has decided to terminate the service for its currently offered app 'POPOPO' on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Since its service launch on March 18, 2026, 'POPOPO' has been used by many customers. However, after comprehensive consideration of future business conditions and service optimization, the company has decided to discontinue the service. We sincerely thank all users who have supported us.

During the remaining service period, we will proceed with the termination according to the following schedule and provide necessary notifications to users.

Additionally, to ensure users can continue enjoying the service until the end, we will implement updates to the external hologram suit settings (VRM import function) and the LIVE Points feature.

Q. Until when can I use the app?

A. You can use the app until the service ends on September 17.

Q. What happens to the paid coins I purchased?

A. Your currently held paid coins can continue to be used until the service ends, so please rest assured.

For any unused paid coins that remain unutilized by the end of the service, we plan to implement a refund procedure during the following period.

Details regarding the application process will be announced prior to the start of the acceptance period.

Q. What is LIVE Points?

A. LIVE Points are points awarded for contributions to LIVE activities.

Accumulated LIVE Points can currently be exchanged for free coins. We also plan to begin exchanges for dōt money in the future.

LIVE Points can be exchanged until September 17, 2026 (Thu) 15:00.

Please note that exchanges will not be possible after the service ends.

Q. What happens to my account and hologram suit data?

A. All data will be deleted after the service ends.

After the service termination date, account information and hologram suit data will no longer be accessible or usable.

You can continue to view and use your data within the app until the service ends.

Q. Can I transfer my data to other services?

A. As this service uses proprietary data, we do not support migration or transfer to external services.

We kindly ask for your understanding.

Q. Should I delete the app?

A. After service termination, you may need to confirm your user ID and other information via the app when checking your paid coin balance or applying for a refund.

If you delete the app, you will no longer be able to confirm your data or re-download the app, which may hinder a smooth refund process.

If you plan to apply for a refund, we kindly request that you keep the app installed until the procedure is complete.
