Recruiting Trainees and Host Companies for the Diverse Human Resources Stable Employment Promotion Project (Integrated Implementation of Classroom Learning and Work Experience)!

We are implementing a project to promote stable employment for diverse human resources. This project targets young job seekers and middle-aged to older job seekers, including those from the "employment ice age" generation. Trainees will first learn basic knowledge such as business etiquette through classroom lectures, and then acquire the necessary skills and techniques while working at actual companies. The goal is to promote employment at the companies where they undergo their training.

<FY2026 Training Schedule>

Information sessions for prospective trainees (reservations required) will be held in various locations. We are also recruiting companies to host trainees.
