Recruiting Trainees and Host Companies for the Stable Employment Promotion Program (Integrated Classroom Learning and Work Experience)

We are implementing a program targeting young job seekers and middle-aged job seekers, including those from the employment ice age generation. After acquiring foundational knowledge such as business etiquette through classroom training, participants will work at actual companies to develop the technical skills and competencies required in the workplace, with the goal of facilitating employment at host companies or similar organizations.
