Sakaiminato, located in Tottori Prefecture, is renowned as one of Japan's top landing ports for bluefin tuna. Sakaiminato bluefin tuna, in season during early summer, is known for its smooth texture, rich aroma of the red meat, deep umami flavor, and elegant aftertaste.

During the fair, the restaurant 'Bistro Cafe Momotenashiya' on the second floor will offer a special limited-time menu featuring bluefin tuna from Sakaiminato.
