This expands their offering from recruitment to human resource development, aiming for a more familiar name and establishing an independent brand. 'TALÉSCA AI Role-play' provides 24/365 risk-free practice for sales, customer service, and 1on1s. Features include customizable personas and Q&A. The AI asks deep, unscripted questions to build employee adaptability to unexpected situations. It also provides evaluation reports with quantitative scores and qualitative advice. TALÉSCA will exhibit and debut a demo at the 18th HR EXPO at Tokyo Big Sight from June 17 to June 19, 2026.
