Pressance Corporation Registered as a Cooperating Company for Osaka Prefecture's Heatstroke Countermeasure Project "Osaka Cool Oasis Project"

Pressance Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Masanori Harada; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has endorsed the heatstroke countermeasure project "Osaka Cool Oasis Project"(※1) promoted by Osaka Prefecture and was officially registered as a cooperating company on June 8, 2026.

As part of this initiative, starting June 18, the Company will open its three condominium style galleries in Osaka City to local residents as "cooling spots" during periods of intense heat, supporting comfortable living and health maintenance.

[Background and the Company's Motivation]

In recent years, days of extreme heat have rapidly increased due to factors such as climate change, making heatstroke countermeasures a serious issue for local communities.

As a real estate developer, the Company has strived to provide high-quality living environments and affluent lifestyles. We considered whether our condominium style galleries could be utilized as a temporary safety net to protect people from the intense heat, leading to our participation in this project. We will provide a place where local residents can relax and cool down with peace of mind while out and about or shopping.

[Overview of the Company's "Cooling Spot" Implementation]

The participating condominium style galleries will display the project's "Cooperating Company Sign (sticker)" and offer a comfortable, air-conditioned space as a temporary resting place. Additionally, cold water will be provided to all visitors.

While using the cooling spot, visitors are also welcome to relax and freely tour our latest model rooms. We will not engage in any unsolicited sales activities related to condominium sales for those who visit for the purpose of this project, so please feel free to enjoy a cool moment while experiencing "the latest in housing" during your outings or shopping trips.

Implementation Period: June 18, 2026 - September 30, 2026 (scheduled)

Usage Conditions: Available to anyone (※3) during the business hours of each style gallery, with a guideline of approximately 15 minutes (※2). (No prior reservation required.)
