Pressance Co., Ltd. Sponsors the 'Tenjin Matsuri Procession Preservation Supporters' Association at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine

To help preserve the 'Tenjin Matsuri,' a sacred festival with over 1,000 years of history, we are sponsoring the 'Tenjin Matsuri Procession Preservation Supporters' Association at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine.

In support of regional revitalization, our company name will be displayed at the 'main hall front' area of Osaka Tenmangu Shrine—a major destination for visitors—until the end of August.

Customers who contract any of the seven designated 'Pressance Roje' properties will receive an invitation to a premium viewing seat for the festival's fireworks display along the Okawa River (first-come, first-served; 10 pairs, 20 people total) (※1).

Pressance Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Masanori Harada; hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') is officially sponsoring the 'Tenjin Matsuri Procession Preservation Supporters' Association operated by Osaka Tenmangu Shrine in preparation for the 'Tenjin Matsuri' festival to be held on July 24th and 25th this year. This sponsorship aims to contribute to the local Osaka community and support the preservation of traditional culture.

Concurrently, as a gesture of appreciation to our valued customers, we are launching a special campaign offering tickets to view the festival’s dedication fireworks.

Background and Purpose of Sponsorship

Since its founding, the Company has worked hand-in-hand with local communities through the planning, development, and sales of condominiums, primarily in the Kansai region. The 'Tenjin Matsuri' (※2), a festival with over 1,000 years of history and one of Japan’s three great festivals, is a cherished summer tradition and a significant cultural event for Osaka. As a company nurtured in Osaka, we believe it is our mission to pass this rich cultural heritage on to future generations. With this vision for regional revitalization, we have decided to sponsor the 'Tenjin Matsuri Procession Preservation Supporters' Association.

Key Sponsorship and Campaign Initiatives

1. Display of Company Name at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine's 'Main Hall Front'

Our company name will be displayed on the 'Front Shrine Supporters Board' at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine—one of the most sacred and central locations of the festival. The display will remain until the end of August, enhancing the festive atmosphere and showing our support alongside the local community.

2. Gift of 'Tenjin Matsuri Fireworks Viewing Seat Invitation Tickets' (※1) to Contracting Customers

As part of our ongoing efforts to express gratitude to customers and enhance satisfaction, we are launching a special campaign. Customers who contract any of the seven designated 'Pressance Roje' properties currently on sale in the Kansai region between July 11 and July 20 will receive an invitation ticket to a premium riverside viewing seat for the spectacular fireworks display. The offer is limited to the first 10 pairs (20 people).
