This event will propose a new dessert experience that engages all five senses, offering "evolved shaved ice" that transcends the conventional concept of shaved ice, combining an artistic visual presentation with delicate flavors, smooth ice that melts in your mouth, and textural accents.

As limited-edition menus for the POP UP event, Oiso Prince Hotel will offer "Okinawan Salt Caramel Macadamia Nuts, Mango Tiramisu," and Kamakura Prince Hotel will offer "Okinawan Salt Caramel, Strawberry Mascarpone Tiramisu."

We will deliver a special time that can only be experienced here, in spaces with distinct charms: Oiso Prince Hotel, with its open atmosphere overlooking the Shonan sea, and Kamakura Prince Hotel, which blends the charm of the ancient capital Kamakura with a resort feel.

"Koori wo Kizame" was established in Okinawa, the hometown of current mixed martial artist Mr. Tatsuya So, who was captivated by evolved shaved ice. After traveling across Japan to sample shaved ice from famous shops, he trained at a popular shop in Setagaya and then opened his own in Okinawa. The brand is characterized by its fluffy, new texture created by unique shaving techniques and a wide variety of flavors built upon original creams filled with carefully selected ingredients.
