This is in anticipation of a summer with higher-than-average temperatures and severe heat nationwide.

Born from the desire to offer "a taste of authentic, cooling Chinese cuisine" against the backdrop of recent heatwaves, this fair features not only classic cold noodles and chilled dan dan noodles, but also innovative dishes that highlight the new appeal of Chinese cuisine. These include chilled sweet and sour pork with fragrant black vinegar, soup fried rice served with "shaved ice" made from frozen chicken broth, cold chili shrimp, and cold spring rolls with ice cream and fruit.

Chinese Restaurant Riho's pursuit was for a new sensation in Chinese cuisine: "cold yet truly delicious," designed to whet the appetite even in the summer heat. Dishes like the soup fried rice, where fluffy shaved ice made from chicken broth is added to create a changing flavor, and the chilled sweet and sour pork, which emphasizes the richness of black vinegar and its refreshing tang, are both visually cool and surprisingly delicious.
