Musashigaoka Golf Course (located at 665 Nakayama, Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture; managed by Kenzo Matsumoto) will host the 'Family Grass Enjoy Day' event on Sunday, August 16, 2026, as part of its community contribution initiative. The event will open part of its tournament course—where numerous professional female golfers have competed—to the public for free, allowing children to freely play on the expansive natural grass.
This event, first held in 2024 with the aim of creating memorable summer experiences for local families, will be held for the second time this year. By offering free access to the tournament course—a place usually off-limits and highly coveted by golfers—we aim to provide a special experience that families will remember for years to come.
Participants can enjoy Snag Golf and cooler cart rides on the vast lawn, as well as demonstrations and exhibitions of the maintenance vehicles used on the course.
Through this event, we hope to spark children's interest in golf, fostering familiarity and curiosity that may inspire them to take up the sport in the future.
