[Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel] Offering Ingredients and Local Cuisine Selected by the Chef: 'Kojan-to-Umai! Kochi Fair' to be Held

Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel will hold the 'Kojan-to-Umai! Kochi Fair' at 'Buffet Dining Kochell' (2F) from June 1, 2026 (Mon) to July 31, 2026 (Fri). For this fair, the chef visited Kochi Prefecture, visiting local markets and producers to carefully select ingredients while experiencing their quality and the producers' passion firsthand. We have prepared a menu that brings out the charm of the ingredients encountered locally, such as grilled shabu-shabu of rare 'Tosa Akaushi' beef, paella made with ancient 'aromatic rice' that is rarely distributed outside Kochi, and ajillo of 'Kuroshio Shimeji' mushrooms with a rich flavor. Lunch starts at 5,000 yen, and dinner is 7,500 yen.
