Last year's popular "Pink x Yellow" peach afternoon tea has been updated to a more refreshing and sophisticated world view that captures the sparkle of summer by combining vibrant pink and cool aqua blue. Furthermore, this year, the style has been completely renewed from the compote-centered style of last year to one using seasonal fresh peaches. The top tier features a "Peach Yogurt Parfait" with refreshing yogurt panna cotta layered with juicy peach jelly, and a "Peach Cheese Mousse" with fresh peaches hidden inside. The middle tier includes a "Peach Shortcake" characterized by the juicy peach flavor that spreads in your mouth, and "Aqua Peach Jelly" that expresses a fresh brilliance with transparent blue curacao syrup.
