As a new base for the share office brand "BLOCKS OFFICE", we are opening a fully private room share office "BLOCKS YOYOGI" in Yoyogi, Tokyo. BLOCKS OFFICE is a share office brand aiming to create an environment where startups and growing companies can concentrate on their core business. Tenant recruitment will begin on July 3, 2026 (Fri), with advance viewings from July 31, 2026 (Fri) to August 31, 2026 (Mon), and the grand opening is scheduled for September 1, 2026 (Tue). This facility is located a 4-minute walk from JR and Toei Oedo Line "Yoyogi" Station and Odakyu Odawara Line "Minami-Shinjuku" Station. Shinjuku Station is also within walking distance, offering excellent access to major central Tokyo areas such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is close to Meiji Jingu Shrine and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, a location that balances urban convenience with a calm surrounding environment.

All 109 fully furnished private rooms can accommodate 1 to 6 people. Each private room is equipped with a desk, chair, and Wi-Fi, and all rooms have a dedicated mailbox. It also supports corporate registration, making it suitable for small teams and sole proprietors to use as a business base.

The shared lounge is a space designed for various usage scenarios outside of private rooms, such as individual work, meetings, and client reception. Multiple seating types are available, allowing users to choose a seat based on their work content and how they wish to spend their day.
