[July 29, 2026 (Wed)] Prologis to Hold the 3rd "inno-base Pitch"

Prologis will hold the 3rd "inno-base Pitch" on July 29, 2026 (Wed).

"inno-base Pitch" is a pitch and networking event where logistics startups residing in "inno-base® (Innobase)", an incubation facility for logistics startups provided by Prologis, introduce their products and services.

In this major transitional period where the sustainability of the logistics industry is being questioned due to issues such as the "2024 Problem" related to driver shortages, aging workforce, and work style reforms, logistics startups are working on developing products and services that contribute to problem-solving. At "inno-base Pitch", in addition to pitches by presenting companies, we will also provide time for networking with participating companies.

This event is beneficial not only for those considering improving the efficiency of their warehouse operations but also for companies looking to grasp the latest trends in logistics tech and seeking co-creation partners. We encourage you to participate.

Hiroki Nishio

After graduating from university, he worked at Jupiter Shop Channel Co., Ltd. and Abeam Consulting Inc. before joining MonotaRO, Ltd. in 2015.

At MonotaRO, he led a wide range of operational designs, from business process design to general affairs, labor affairs, and staff recruitment planning, as a manager for logistics center launch projects that introduced large-scale material handling systems, including AGV picking systems.

After the center became operational, as center manager, he managed a site with approximately 20 employees and 400 operational staff, handling 20,000 shipments per day and managing a center with 200,000 types of inventory.

He established CAPES Inc. in 2018 and provides support to a wide range of clients, from startups to large corporations.

His strengths include the introduction and operation of automation equipment, the construction of e-commerce logistics, and support for launching logistics centers.
