However, during the Red Dot Award assessment process, it was re-evaluated and deemed to have 'innovation that exceeds the framework of conventional urban infrastructure,' leading to its transition to the 'Innovative Design' category and final award. This confirms its evaluation as an 'infrastructure technology that changes urban water circulation itself,' rather than mere landscape design.
