First-Ever Event in Hokkaido: Dental Industry's Spotlight Job Fair! Dual Launch of 'DH Shukatsu Fes' for Dental Hygienists and 'MEETUP' for Dentists

Quacareer Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Toshima-ku, Tokyo), which supports talent recruitment in the dental industry, held its first-ever dual job fair in Hokkaido on July 12, 2026. The event featured 'DH Shukatsu Fes' for dental hygienists and 'MEETUP' for dentists, both exclusive to dental professionals.

This event was launched for the first time in Hokkaido to address the region's severe shortage of dental professionals—the area with the highest number of municipalities without dentists in Japan. As a specialized job fair targeting dentists and dental hygienists in the region, it attracted significant interest. On the day, many highly motivated job seekers attended, including students aspiring to become dental hygienists and clinical trainees.

The event began with a PR session by participating clinics. All 10 exhibiting clinics delivered high-quality presentations summarizing their unique characteristics. These appeals strongly attracted job seekers, smoothly leading to individual conversations at each booth, with active communication throughout the event.
