Ginza Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Kaoru Ikeda), which handles housing renovations centered on plumbing, held its company trip in June 2026.

Our company holds a company trip every year without fail to improve employee satisfaction (ES), vitalize communication among employees, and strengthen our bonds.

This year's destination is "Kagoshima Prefecture," which we are visiting for the first time on a company trip.

We toured famous spots in Kagoshima Prefecture in two large buses.

- Day 1: Barbecue

We started with a toast with a barbecue of Kurobuta pork, Japanese Black beef, and seafood.

- Kirishima Hotel

On the first day, we stayed at the five-star "Kirishima Hotel," known for being a place Ryoma Sakamoto stayed.

Kirishima Hotel is famous for its "Iowadani Teien Daikokyu," a free-flowing hot spring where you can enjoy 14 different springs.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the powerful hot springs.

This year's service awards were also presented.

Employees celebrating 5, 10, 20, and 25 years of service received awards, and their speeches expressing gratitude to the company and their colleagues were very moving.

- Shiroyama Hotel

On the second day, we stayed at "Shiroyama Hotel," which boasts top-class ratings for its food, views, and water quality.

Shiroyama Hotel is a five-star hotel with numerous awards.

The open-air bath, overlooking Kagoshima City and Kinko Bay with Sakurajima in the background, was a truly relaxing space.

On the second day, an employee celebrating 15 years of service was recognized.

After a moving speech by a management employee from Kagoshima Prefecture (Kagoshima La-Salle High School), they performed the Kagoshima folk song "Oharabushi" with their colleagues, bringing the venue to life.

- Performance Awards

Sales employees who achieved outstanding results this term received awards.

Their presentations, reflecting on the current term and discussing their aspirations for the next, were more brilliant than ever, offering a glimpse into their daily efforts.

The award recipients were celebrated with thunderous applause.

Awards for 1st to 3rd place in sales performance, and 1st and 2nd place in the CS Award.

- Sightseeing

We visited many tourist attractions over the three days.

We were able to spend a very meaningful time experiencing Kagoshima's culture and enjoying its local cuisine.
