Rakus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takunori Nakamura; hereinafter 'Rakus') will implement an update to the Assist AI feature of its cloud-based sales management system 'Rakuraku Hanbai' starting Monday, June 15, 2026.
With this update, the Assist AI can now automatically build the foundational structure of an ideal database configuration tailored to the business workflows of customers handling 'intangible goods' for sales management purposes.
This feature will be provided as a standard function at no additional cost to all existing 'Rakuraku Hanbai' customers.
Smooth System Setup for Everyone
Sales management operations vary significantly from company to company depending on the products or services handled and transaction methods. Therefore, when introducing a sales management system, businesses must organize their internal processes and design the system to determine 'what information to manage and how to process it.' However, this design process has traditionally required specific knowledge and experience, making system construction time-consuming.
'Rakuraku Hanbai’s' distinctive 'Detail Items' feature allows multiple products or services to be linked within a single transaction, enabling flexible business design. However, due to its complex structure, new users often found the setup process confusing, creating a barrier to adoption.
To ensure even customers unfamiliar with system construction can smoothly benefit from the product's value, Rakus has decided to further enhance the Assist AI functionality.
Key Points of the Update
AI Automatically Proposes and Constructs Optimal Database Design
The AI understands the customer's business workflow through interaction and automatically proposes and constructs an optimal database configuration, including the 'Detail Items' function that links multiple sales records, effort hours, and progress to a single data entry.
Reducing the 'Cognitive Load'—Ideal Foundation Ready Immediately
The AI constructs sample frameworks for essential business elements such as 'Response Date/Time,' 'Responder,' and 'Response Details.' Customers can begin using the ideal system immediately by simply entering their data.
Future Outlook
Going forward, Rakus aims to extend this high-precision, AI-driven automatic database configuration to all sales management operations, including customers in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail industries handling 'tangible goods,' with further AI functionality updates planned.
