Rakuten Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") will change the operating hours of its 'Rakuten Card Chat Support' to 7:00–23:00 starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026 (Note 1). By advancing the start time from the current 9:30 to 7:00, the Company aims to improve customer convenience by enabling seamless inquiries during morning hours, regardless of location, aligning with increasingly diverse lifestyles.

'Rakuten Card Chat Support' allows customers to contact operators via chat based on their individual circumstances and receive personalized responses, making it a widely used service.
With this change in operating hours, customers can now effectively utilize time during morning commutes or breaks between household chores to make inquiries.
In addition to 'Rakuten Card Chat Support,' the Company offers various solutions tailored to customer needs, including 'Rakuten Card AI Chat' (Note 2) and the Frequently Asked Questions page (Note 3). For inquiries regarding lost or stolen cards, customers can access the dedicated online service 'Rakuten e-NAVI' 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (Note 4). The dedicated hotline for lost or stolen cards also operates 24/7, ensuring peace of mind.
Going forward, the Company will continue to respond to evolving social conditions and diverse customer needs by further enhancing its services and features, aiming to support comfortable and enriched daily lives through secure and user-friendly financial services.
(Note 1) The operating hours until Tuesday, June 30, 2026, are 9:30–25:30. Please note that the closing time will also change starting July 1, 2026. Additionally, the service will be closed from December 31 to January 3.
