Moromi Diary Cloud provides comprehensive support for brewing operations, including temperature management for koji, yeast, and moromi (mash), storage and workspace temperature control, logging for the three major brewing stages, and the automation of mandatory tax-compliant documentation. By automating manual processes through IoT, the system enables data visualization via smartphones. It can also be integrated with existing temperature control equipment to automatically retrieve data and adjust temperature settings remotely.
