[Representative Director's Message ~ Mirei Nakatani, Reach Entertainment Co., Ltd.]
It has already been six years since the collaborative performance planned during the pandemic was canceled.
This was the first time in over 20 years of producing our own shows that a performance had to be called off.
After that, fortunately, during the pandemic when work was scarce, I received job offers from people I had long-standing connections with, which allowed the company to continue. I feel truly fortunate.
As I dedicated myself to that work, the previously unstable management began to stabilize.
One of the reasons for the instability was our sponsored productions, and as I realized this, I became very hesitant to restart them. Although I had the desire to do so, I couldn't quite take that first step.
However, once again, it was my long-time friends who pushed me forward.
Keizo Ohashi, who wrote the script for this production, accepted the offer in between his busy schedule. He also encouraged me, who was struggling to move forward after taking the first step, by saying, "The time to revive is when you decide to 'start!' There's no need to be disappointed if you can't do it this year." It took about two years from then to finally reach the point of holding this performance.
This time, it will be a three-person play primarily focused on acting.
"There are no limits, no matter your age"... The story is about characters overcoming their individual limitations. Within Keizo Ohashi's script, which offers a glimpse into his somewhat unconventional thinking, the direction by Ron Sato, a theater professional who was captivated by the charm of theater at a young age and continues to pour his energy into it, will come alive. I believe we, the performers, will be able to show aspects of ourselves that you have never seen before.
This will truly be a work where the performers themselves transcend their limits.
Through our own challenges, we hope to deliver energy that makes the audience feel, "I can challenge myself too!"

🔳Another Initiative This Time🔳
This time, we will be performing a short play between the showings of "SAGAS" on the same day.
"What About That Day, YouTuber!?" is a story set in an internet broadcasting station in 2003 (Heisei 15). This is a lighthearted story that will be created with energetic individuals who met during the "SAGAS" cast auditions, or those who are passionate about acting.
This is the first time we are presenting two works on the same day, but we are working hard to make this a great production as well.
