The Tokyo Arts and Culture Consultation Support Center 'Artnot' is a platform for artists and all those involved in arts and culture, operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture (Arts Council Tokyo).

Information Provision: Accessing useful information for activities - The website's accessibility was improved, and information pages for frequently requested topics such as "grants," "awards/contests," and "activity venues" were expanded. - Published 23 articles on the note platform, including the "Artnot Trouble-Solving Dictionary" featuring a crowdfunding guide and "Introduction to Recommended Reliable Consultation Desks" in Tokyo.

School: Acquiring necessary knowledge and skills for activities - Updated existing courses, and conducted 9 themes with 41 sessions in FY2025, including topics like setting compensation and mental health. - Conducted outreach programs at 6 arts universities, offering courses on accounting and tax to support young creators.
