Literam is a joint venture invested in by Renovateers Co., Ltd. (CEO: Tomohiro Yamashita, hereinafter referred to as 'Renovateers') and Mitsubishi HC Capital Realty. Its mission is to 'maximize the potential of towns through the regeneration of real estate.' As a project management company that creates new value for communities, Literam promotes the formation of integrated projects from property acquisition to maximizing asset value through regeneration, aiming to facilitate projects totaling 100 billion yen by fiscal year 2030.
This property, as Literam's first project, involves renovating a 30-year-old rental apartment building to align with market needs, aiming to maximize profitability through early lease-up. This project seeks to realize a lifestyle where physical and mental well-being are naturally nurtured. Furthermore, through this project, which prioritizes the circular economy and considers environmental impact compared to scrap-and-build, Literam aims to create new value for real estate and communities, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
