・Fitness Activity 'SUP FIT' to Harmonize Mind and Body

SUP FIT is a fitness activity where participants perform yoga, strength training, and Pilates on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). Even those who are new to SUP or not confident in physical activities can participate with confidence, as experienced instructors provide careful guidance.

・Wellness Experience 'Floating Sound Bath' – Drifting on Water, Bathed in Sound

Experience 'Floating Sound Bath,' a wellness activity where you lie on a floating water bed and immerse yourself in soothing sounds. Relax your mind and body as you float on a water bed in the resort pool, magically lit up at night, surrounded by the natural sounds and the resonant tones of singing bowls.

Join a hands-on program to create a 'fabric panel' using fresh indigo leaves. The indigo plants used in this workshop were grown from seed this past spring at the Herb Nursery in Resol no Mori’s hot spring glamping area. Enjoy dyeing silk fabric into a refreshing summer blue and crafting a decorative fabric panel to display in your room.

Experience the wonders of astronomy with 'Telescope Making' and the 'Perseid Meteor Shower Star Gazing Tour.' Build a high-performance, compact, kit-style telescope produced by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. Under the guidance of a star guide, observe the summer night sky, including the Milky Way, the Perseid meteor shower, and Albireo—the stunning double star in the Cygnus constellation known as the 'Jewel of the Sky' for its beautiful contrast of orange and blue.
