Resort Trust's wholly owned subsidiary HiMedic operates the members-only Grand HiMedic Club. Starting June 5, 2026, its Yokohama Bay Course — where screenings are conducted by partner clinic BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai Clinic — will adopt ONSEI Pro, an AI cognitive function self-check app developed by Japan Tect Systems, a DeNA subsidiary. ONSEI Pro allows users to answer tablet-delivered questions by voice only; AI then analyzes and visualizes cognitive status in a short time. The app classifies cognitive health across five levels from normal to MCI (mild cognitive impairment) to dementia-equivalent, individually evaluating time orientation, memory, and attention. It was developed with support from AMED (Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development) and collaborative research with Jikei University School of Medicine and Showa University School of Medicine. The adoption is part of the broader strategic alliance between Resort Trust and DeNA — which includes joint venture WellCompass — aimed at advancing customer wellness through AI and digital health technology. The Yokohama Bay Course already uses advanced imaging such as digital PET/CT and multi-position CT; ONSEI Pro adds voice-AI cognitive screening to this suite.
