The Japan Anger Management Association, operated by Revic Global Co., Ltd., has announced that the 4th 'Anger Management Management Award' ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The winners will be revealed during the ceremony.

Established in 2023, this award aims to realize workplace environments where all employees embrace diversity and respect each other's human rights. Selection is based on the following five criteria:

Executive Messages Founder Shunsuke Ando stated that the association aims to support companies that foster a culture of mutual respect as a core part of management, based on the philosophy of 'Breaking the chain of anger.' Representative Director Toru Matsushima emphasized that anger management is not about suppressing anger but a psychological training to understand emotions and enhance psychological safety, hoping to expand this initiative throughout society.
