The company has implemented anger management training across the entire organization, with over 3,600 employees having participated. Its focus on continuous training for all levels of staff and fostering a culture of psychological safety were key factors in its success.
Suwa City Office was also honored for its exemplary efforts as a local government. Under the mayor's leadership, the city has issued a 'Health Management Declaration' and has been conducting continuous training for all staff members, from management to general employees, demonstrating advanced leadership in the public sector.
