【Event Report】Japan Anger Management Association Honors 3 Companies and Organizations at the 4th 'Anger Management Management Awards'

On June 4, 2026, the Japan Anger Management Association held the 4th 'Anger Management Management Awards' ceremony to recognize organizations striving to create harassment-free and non-discriminatory workplaces. The award evaluates winners based on five criteria: Vision/Policy, Respect for Human Rights, Organizational Culture, Education, and Systems/Regulations.

Enshu Railway Co., Ltd., the grand prize winner, was recognized for its policy of 'valuing people to enhance corporate value.' The company has implemented anger management training across the entire organization, with over 3,600 employees having participated. Its focus on continuous training for all levels of staff and fostering a culture of psychological safety were key factors in its success.

Suwa City Office was also honored for its exemplary efforts as a local government. Under the mayor's leadership, the city has issued a 'Health Management Declaration' and has been conducting continuous training for all staff members, from management to general employees, demonstrating advanced leadership in the public sector.
