ReYuu Japan Inc. has announced that Birdman Inc. (TSE Growth: 7063) has joined its ongoing project to develop and operate AI-specialized high-performance data centers. This project was originally announced on April 24, 2026, as a five-company partnership.

### 1. Background of the Partnership The project aims to meet the growing demand for AI infrastructure through the development and operation of specialized data centers. Birdman, which possesses strengths in branding, marketing, and creative fields, is expected to enhance the project in several ways: - Strengthening external communication and project visibility. - Increasing appeal to potential partners and customers. - Facilitating market formation for the reuse and resale of GPU servers and related components.

ReYuu Japan also intends to leverage its expertise in IT equipment distribution from its reuse business to promote the formation of a secondary market for GPU servers.

Business Scheme and Future Directions The partner companies, including Birdman, are moving forward with the following plans: - Establishing a joint venture tentatively named 'AI Data Partners' by late May 2026. - Utilizing project-specific SPCs (Special Purpose Companies) for agile financing. - Exploring funding options including project finance and investments from external stakeholders.

### 3. Project Goals The project aims to acquire and operate data center-related assets at approximately 10 locations across Japan. The goal is to build a stable, long-term revenue base with a target Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 6% or higher.
