Moomin and Japan Post Launch 'Let's Send a Letter' Project

Rights and Brands (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kumiko Ito), the manager of Moomin licenses in Japan, together with Japan Post, is launching the 'Let's Send a Letter' project to convey the joy of expressing one's feelings through 'reading' and 'writing' and delivering them to others.

In this project, they will hold the 'Moomin Story Book Review & Impression Art Contest: Comet in Moominland.' Additionally, they will roll out 'Moomin Fan Delivery,' a mobile experiential program where families can enjoy writing letters and spending time focusing on what they love.

Tove Jansson, the creator of Moomin, also communicated with many people through letters throughout her life. Through this project, they aim to create opportunities to rethink the fun of 'reading' and 'writing' along with the Moomin stories and to express personal feelings.

'Moomin Fan Delivery' provides an experience where participants can immerse themselves in their passions or enjoy time as a family in a space reminiscent of the Moomin House.
