Rocket Now welcomes Liquor Mountain, its first specialty alcohol store outside of restaurants

We are pleased to announce that Liquor Mountain, a Kyoto-based specialty alcohol retailer with a nationwide presence and the first non-restaurant merchant to handle alcoholic beverages, has joined the food delivery service "Rocket Now," which offers free shipping and service fees. Service commenced on June 26 (Fri).

With this addition, customers in the service areas can now order a diverse range of alcohol-related products from Liquor Mountain through the Rocket Now app, including wines, champagnes, Japanese sake, whiskies, beers, canned chuhai (Ready-To-Drink beverages), and snacks. This service is expected to be utilized in various occasions for enjoying alcohol, such as daily meals, home parties, and unexpected guest visits, and the opportunities for food delivery to be useful will further expand as summer approaches.

Rocket Now has been expanding its network of affiliated stores, primarily focusing on restaurants. With the participation of Liquor Mountain, the service is now expanding to business types other than restaurants.

Regarding Alcohol Orders

When ordering alcoholic beverages through the Rocket Now app, both the orderer and the recipient must be 20 years of age or older. Individuals under 20 years of age cannot order alcoholic beverages. Furthermore, drunk driving and drinking by individuals under 20 years of age are prohibited by law.
