'Lifestyle-Oriented' Benefits Reshape Recruitment Competitiveness: 13th Benefits Expo Tokyo

RX Japan Ltd. (HQ: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Takeshi Tanaka) will host the 13th Benefits Expo Tokyo as part of the General Affairs, HR, and Accounting Week at Tokyo Big Sight for three days, from June 17 (Wed) to 19 (Fri), 2026.

Rising Importance of Employee Benefits The importance of employee benefits in job seekers' company selection has risen rapidly. A survey of 2024 graduates revealed that 63.4% are as interested in benefits as they are in salary and job content. Furthermore, a survey for 2025 graduates found that 51.5% cited 'generous benefits' as the deciding factor, surpassing salary (42.6%).

Corporate Shift Toward Strengthening Benefits In response, companies are accelerating their efforts. According to a 2025 Teikoku Databank survey, 47.6% of companies plan to expand their benefits, primarily for 'recruitment' and 'retention.' Benefits are shifting from mere 'value-add' to 'recruitment competitiveness itself.'

The 'Benefits Expo' features diverse products and services addressing employee needs, including health support, childcare/eldercare, reskilling, and subscription-based benefits, with booths for hands-on experience.
