A new store, 'Amazake Tonjiru Totonoi', will open on the first floor of Morinomachi Plaza in Morinomachi Grace (Shimoishii, Kita-ku, Okayama City | Operated and managed by Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd.), located in the center of Okayama city.

About the Pork Soup

The original pork soup made with amazake, a fermented food, is prepared with plenty of seasonal vegetables and local ingredients from Okayama. The mild umami blends into the ingredient-rich soup, soothing not only your body but also your feelings.
