RYODEN Co., Ltd. and Ryosho Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. have entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Guangdong Mogulinker Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, hereinafter referred to as "Mogulinker"), a company with over 6,000 successful installations primarily in China, serving major foreign-affiliated manufacturers in the automotive and semiconductor industries, as well as leading Chinese global manufacturing groups, with its industrial AI and energy optimization solutions. The agreement aims to commercialize and market "Physical AI." Concurrently, a groundbreaking joint development has commenced between Japanese and Chinese companies for next-generation Physical AI control solutions for industrial equipment (such as air compressors, cooling towers, pumps, and air conditioning equipment).

In recent years, the demand for "Physical AI," which recognizes and analyzes the status of real-world equipment and devices to perform autonomous judgment and control, has been growing rapidly.
