S&H Consulting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Rintaro Oishi; hereinafter "S&H") has established a local subsidiary, "S&H INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CORP." (Address: Pacific Ave, Paranaque City, Metro Manila, 1700, Philippines), in the Philippines in June 2026, and has newly hired Filipino staff.

This local incorporation aims to strengthen the support system to provide higher-quality property management, rental placement, furnishing, and operational management services for customers who have previously purchased Philippine real estate through S&H.

Furthermore, in July 2026, S&H will launch its self-developed, client-exclusive system, "SHIP (S&H Information Platform)." This will allow property owners to check their asset status (owned properties, payment status, operation reports, etc.) at any time, enabling S&H to achieve more transparent communication and long-term follow-up support.

Additionally, on July 21, 2026 (Tuesday), S&H will host an invitation-only premium dinner party, "S&H PREMIUM OWNERS NIGHT 2026," at Laguna Verde Premier. During the event, S&H will announce its future support framework, the rationale behind establishing the local subsidiary, the utilization of the client-exclusive system, and long-term Philippine real estate operation projects with 5-, 10-, and 20-year outlooks.

About the Establishment of the Local Subsidiary

S&H has been offering Philippine real estate primarily in Manila, Boracay, and Cebu as the official Japanese distributor of "DMCI Homes," a real estate developer backed by DMCI Holdings, one of the largest construction companies in the Philippines.
